Hello!!! Just back from The Down Home in Johnson City, TN, where we helped celebrate their 50th anniversary, founder Ed Snodderly's birthday, and my fortieth year of playing there! Big thanks to all who attended. We had a great time.

We plan on having more great times, and seeing more old friends and fans (maybe some new ones, too?), THIS weekend! On Friday, 6/26/2026, we are bringin' the trio to Natalie's Grandview, home of great coal-fired pizza, in Columbus, OH. Showtime is 8pm.

THEN, on Saturday, 6/27/2026, we make a return to Fitzgerald's Nightclub in beautiful Berwyn, IL (think Chicago), ANOTHER joint I've been playin' for forty years! Showtime there is 8:30pm. Marshall Richardson, Ralph Friedrichsen, and myself are ready to Rock AND Roll, so come join us!

Thanks to all of you who tune me and others in on Nashville's WMOT/Roots Radio, which features great Americana, Roots music and more. You can hear it anywhere in the world at wmot.org. I am on the air weekday afternoons and early Saturday mornings.

Unfortunately, we also need to share some sad news. On June 9th, Bill Cody passed away. Those of you who live near enough to Nashville will for sure know Bill from his DJ and show host work on WSM-AM, and if you've visited the Grand Ole Opry, you may have seen him announcing there. We will miss Bill, a warmhearted man who was always a friend and booster to myself and my bandmates. We've written a bit about Bill. That's located here, if you'd like to read it.
