Tater and I are working on another big announcement for the "Fest" but we're saving it til just the right time.... but ... it could involve a special Webb Fest first, maybe about a special guest or so - and possibly even swag related ... how's that for a teaser.

It's a great "down home" venue and a WW natural - of course they've booked Webb in the past, but anyone who attends won't feel hoodwinked. The restaurant is swell - cajun food. What a vegetarian can eat was pretty good. I can't vouch for the bar, but there is one there, for sure. The folks that run it don't abuse the patrons or presumably the talent. Only -parking- is a problem.

From what I understand, the other neighbors in the area have taken up a collection to buy Buckwheat, Ragweed and little Possum some bus tickets. Twenty-three hours and six bus transfers later they will arrive in Mount Pilot where Goober will help them hitch-hike the remainder of the way to the Fest. I'd drive them there myself but I'm not sure Possum is car-broke and I don't have plastic on the seats of my 1962 Corvair anymore.

That Vegetarian joke is hysterical. Thanks for the laugh.
I am still fighting to the wire to go to this. Money is such an issue right now, but I have things I can sell and will be. If for some reason I can't, I will be sure to offer my tickets to those who can and will go in plenty of time for them to receive them.

However - for the GP it's not showing a way to buy tickets- it is directing them to this site. Will they only be available for sale on the day of the show? Just checking....
