Hey, now! Just checking in with ya'll to let you know I will be playing a solo/acoustic show this Saturday, 2/10/2023, at the Open Chord Stage in Knoxville, TN. The show begins at 8pm with Jennifer Daniels. The Open Chord Music Shop is right next door, and open until 7pm. The Open Chord Cafe's kitchen is open from 6-10pm, with food, beer, cocktails, etc. Just sayin'. | ||||
What else? Well, for those of you who may not know, I am (still) on the air weekday afternoons and early Saturday mornings on WMOT/Roots Radio, which can be found from anywhere in the world at wmot.org. 24/7 Americana and Roots music. Cool stuff. | ||||
January was kinda crazy. We had a great show at the Down Home in Johnson City, TN. Then, I was off to the 30A Songwriter Festival. Had to leave early to get back to Nashville before the snow, but failed to do so! I'm not saying Cullman, AL, is a bad place, but I wasn't planning on spending three nights there! Ice, ice, baby! Dig? Back in Nashville the snow was kinda epic for this neck of the woods. | ||||
Anyway, I am really looking forward to seeing some of ya'll in Knoxville. Before I forget to, I wanna put a bee in your bonnet about the full band City Winery Show in Nashville on Sunday, March 24th, with myself, Tom Comet, Bob Williams, and Marshall Richardson! So far we have managed one show a year there since it opened, and have loved every single one of them. | ||||
