Hey, ya'll! What's up? It's kind of amazing how MUCH is goin' on with an' old stuck-at-home guy like me right NOW! In other news, Pop Matters premiered the new WW music video for Night Without Love this past Monday. Check it out! A really fresh take created by Abteen Bagheri and Elise Tyler, with Dillon Wolf Oleata, featuring Juliana Horner. New video and a very old song that (to my knowledge) had never been recorded before. It goes back to a band I was in years ago called The Drapes.
As if that wasn't enough, a few days before that, my buddy and guitarist extrodinaire J.D. Simo released a music video for his song, Love, with cameos from a number of folks... including yours truly, plus some folks you may recognize from the World of Wilder like David Grissom and Joe V. McMahan. Proud to be up in there on that!
Dan Forte gave the Night Without Love album a great review in the August issue of Vintage Guitar magazine which is on stands now (Billy Gibbons on the cover) as well as here, online.
My radio show, The List, will air at its usual times of 2-4pm Central on Friday and again on Saturday from 7 to 9am Central. And YES, you can hear it on the internet! Listen live at WMOT.org or 'round Mewzic Bidniss City here in Nash Vegas at 89.5.
