After much cajoling, I agreed to allow my sister to publish my profile on match.com. I've been a single mom for years, recently ended a 3-year relationship and my boys are now in college. Stay with me...it's funny.
For the first couple of days, I had these winks and pokes and general nonsense (I'm not a match fan) from the fringes. While it could say something about my own personality, I'm ignoring the obvious in search of the interesting.
Then it happened ~ I updated my profile today and indicated that my favorite musician is WEBB WILDER and I've gotten two emails in 30 minutes from guys telling me how much they like you.
Makes me laugh. Reminded me of when you performed with the Long Players at Mercy (Traveling Wilbury's) and 4 men standing behind me started whispering - 'that's Webb Wilder' 'that's Webb Wilder' 'he's great'..'.
Lesson learned? Yep, Always lead with your best foot forward. :)
