Larry Groce and I co-wrote the whole thing. We just brainstormed and banged it out. WW

Where are ya'll hearing this song? Should I be gettin' some royalties? I believe the film (of the same name) title was changed to "Heroes of the Heart." Interesting that you bring it up. WW

Not sure where I got my copy, but yeah, you should be getting royalties.

Good song by the way.

It's one of the downloads on the audio page on my Webb site. I just captured the audio from the end credits of the movie.

I can remove it, if you'd prefer....

FWIW, "Heroes of the Heart" was available on DVD for a time. I actually own a copy, which I bought from Amazon.com. Looks like it's discontinued now, though... albeit still listed (several used copies are for sale):

Don't worry about it, Hunter. I don't actually know who owns the recording. I was just amazed that more than one person was aware of this obscure cranny of my "career!" Now, I know: The Goathunter! Goathunter goeth where no detail can escape him! Chronicler of all things Wilderian, Webb will not have lived for naught as his deeds are described in digital detail on the virtual tablets of stone of...the goathunter! Thanks! Rock on. WW

I wonder if I could put together a band that sounds just like Webb, then sell original material as lost or rare Webb Wilder finds? Hmmmm...

I would imagine Webb has a few interesting tales of the time filming that one. Lina Basquette I read somewhere dated Jack Dempsey for a time, Razzy Bailey has played every venue there is I think... and Porter Waggoner was in the cast too.
