Webb: Who, in addition to your plank spankin' self, will be playing guitar at Jim Porter's next week. I know its the home turf for Mr. Bowles but it's also Hank Williams' tour time.

That's the way it usually works for me too. We will be in Loovil and bringing a couple new fans with us. See ya in Derbyville! By the way, hotels are out of the question unless you have reserved the rooms last year and even then, you have to reserve them for a three day minimum.

Webb and the boys are always welcome at Tater Acres, the problem is that I live 200 miles northeast of Louisville. I might have to ask Webb if the wife and I can stay in the Econoline for about $150.00 per night.

Brilliant!

It might be worth checking with hotels.com for a place in Loovil. There actually were some that didn't have a 3 night min. on them. Otherwise the venue said staying about 45 min. out was still possible and affordable.

There are actually some rooms available. The problem is that a normally $57.00 room is now renting for $200-$299 per night. On Monday, they go back down to $57.00. As tight as I am, I will probably have to shell out the extortion money.
