Hey, hey, hey! How ya'll are? Man, what a week! I haven't had a chance to catch my breath, but we're havin' fun here in Nash Vegas for AMERICANAFEST 2022!

On Tuesday night, I was one of several singers who took part in the Shine a Light / Exile on Main Street tribute show (see photo) at the Basement East. Saw a lot of folks I haven't seen in a while!

On Wednesday night, I was at the Ryman Auditorium for the Americana Music Association's Honors and Awards. Among other things, I got to see and hear a very eloquent Robert Plant give a lifetime achievement award to a very humble and deserving Buddy Miller. Tonight, I am singing a song in a Levon Helm tribute show/set with lots of other folks at Third and Lindsley.

I will be on hand and possibly on-air on Friday afternoon, at the WMOT AMERICANAFEST Daystage at the Wash at The Eastside Bowl. We have been broadcasting live performances from one great artist after the another since Wednesday. Listen live at wmot.org!

I'm back at the Basement East Friday night, singing another Stones song for a Songs of 1972 tribute show. Then, I will wind up my AMERICANAFEST week at the world famous Bluebird Cafe, singing MY songs as part of a Writers in the Round with Allison Moorer and Robbie Hecht on Saturday evening. After that, I'll collapse!
