Hey, y'all! Sorry to have been a bit "MIA" of late, but all is well and I'M still here!
I'm so sorry that we had to cancel June's streaming show, which was to have been an "Acres of Suede" anniversary-themed one. It seems that the release of "Acres" was 25 years ago this year! That was to have involved George Bradfute, "The Tone Chaperone," and myself. At the last minute I had some personal "rat killin'" to tend to, that came up unexpectedly. George got booked with studio work for all of this month, SO, I am hoping we can get back to the "Acres" idea at some point. But I'm not sure when.
At any rate, I AM doing a streaming show this month. In fact, THIS week! The theme is "Overview," as it will involve me playing one song from each WW studio album. It should be fun.
All this will happen this Friday night at 7pm Central (8pm Eastern), at WebbWilder.Official on Facebook, where it will be preserved thereafter. It will make its way onto WebbWilder.TV on YouTube as well.
Hang with me on the radio! I am spinnin' lots of cool Americana music Monday through Thursday afternoons, from 1pm to 4pm Central, on wmot.org. You can listen on the World Wide Web, or stream via the NPR News app.
I am also (still) doing The List: The Americana Chart Show, Friday afternoons at 2pm Central, and again on Saturday mornings at 8am Central.
I know, I'm "Central time-centric." Can't help it. Nashville is only around 100 or so miles from the Eastern Time Zone to the east, so that means any time you leave for a gig in Knoxville, yer an hour late before ya get out of the driveway!
