Ya'll! By the time you read this it will be AUGUST. Or at least, it'll be really, really close. Zoom! Time does in fact FLY. How's it goin'? Good I hope. Ye, the WW subscribers, are obviously a VERY important demographic to us! I mean, the fact that you signed up for the mailing list, at some point or another, strongly indicates some level of "Dubya Dubya give-a-dern," right? Hail to thee!

Last weekend was a great chance to see a bunch of you, either in Mt. Morris, IL (small town, big crowd!), or at SPACE in Evanston, IL. It was an Illinois weekend, ya know?

Well, this weekend is an East TENNESSEE weekend, with two early-ish shows in two of my favorite Tennessee places. The first of them is Saturday, 8/3/19, at The Down Home in Johnson City, TN, where I have been playing with the Beatnecks since 1986! The Sunday night show is at Barley's In Knoxville, TN. Not sure when we first started playing there, but we are always glad to be back. Both shows start at 8pm.

The guys and I will provide the music, as well as having all sorts of Wilderian goods: T-shirts, trucker caps (gitchoo one!), CDs, DVDs, stickers, picks and posters... WW CREDO posters. Of course, my danged ol' radio show will go on at its usual times of 2-4pm Central on Friday, and 7-9am Central Saturday. It's The List: The Americana Chart Show, and you can tune in to WMOT 89.5 FM (in middle TN), or stream it on wmot.org. 2 hours of nothin' but NEW Americana MEW-zic.



Hope the Summer is going well for all of you. Me? I have been out on the Interstate... and BEYOND! INNER Space travel, ya know? Don't take any wooden nickels. Keep a good thought and don't forget to ROCK and ROLL!
