Hoping this merry missive finds everyone in a state of holiday bliss! If not, well... something similar!

If yer red and green thoughts have taken on a deeper shade of BLUE, then we here at WebbCo have just the cure: ROCK and ROLL! Yes, children, that other jolly old elf, (Santa is the OG no doubt!) Webb Wilder is gathering his like-minded minstrels and embarking on a journey that will result in the LAST two Webb Wilder & the Beatnecks shows of 2018!

The first will be at that grand-yet-humble venue, The Olde Feed Store, in Cobden, Il. Think Carbondale, only quainter. This is goin' down on Friday, 12/28/2018... at a super-early show time of 7pm! And YES, they have food! Always fun at the OFS. Check out this event poster!



The very last performance of 2018 will take place at that most venerable and beloved emporium of exceptional entertainment, Fitzgerald's Nightclub in beautiful Berwyn, IL (think Chicago). That's on Saturday, 12/29/2018. WW & company have been layin' it down at Fitzgerald's for longer than some Wilderians can claim status as Earthlings! Show time there tends to be 10:30pm, but, don't take our word for it. Check with the venue.

Naturally, CDs, DVDs, T Shirts, posters and all sorts of stuff will be available at all shows (while supplies last!) as well as online at WebbWilder.com.

2018 found Webb Wilder not only SINGING at the mic, but also doing a fair share of SPEAKING at a different one, as he has now been hosting "The List, The Americana Chart Show" on WMOT (89.5 and/or wmot.org) for almost two years. Airing each week from 2 to 4pm Central on Fridays, and again Saturday mornings from 7 to 9am Central, The List is two hours of nothing but the latest in Americana music.



This week's installment is part 2 of a special 3-part series of programs, featuring the top 89 albums played on WMOT in 2018. This week's show will feature numbers 60 through 31. Next week's installment will get us to #1 for the year for WMOT/Roots Radio's top 89 for 2018. Can't listen at those aforementioned times? No problem. Just go to rootsradioreplays at wmot.org to hear any one of the previous three programs.

And heads up, for the new year! The first Webb Wilder show of 2019 will be Jan. 5th at The Down Home in Johnson City, TN.
