Subject: Kinks - I'm Not Like Everybody Else live
For some reason the flow of the lyrics here reminds a bit of You Might Be Lonely For A Reason... something to do with the way both songs were written, the way the words flow and have a certain character to them. This version originates from Kinks '96 album To The Bone, kind of tough to find these days. And an edited version of it played as closing to a Sopranos episode several years back. Enjoy...

Interesting. That is from their big, Rock kind of live era. The vocal is way over a minute coming in! HERE is the original version which DAVE not Ray sings. 2 great versions of a great song. And some really cool bands have covered it since... Camper Van Beethoven, Finchley Boys, Chocolate Watchband, Sacred Mushroom, the list goes on. Yeah Webb, it was/is a good theme song for the outsiders back in the day, myself included.
