This past Saturday, December 11, Tony and I were married! How many of you had bets on the date? We kept the ceremony small and very low key so that no one would become overwhelmed and die. The site was the house of a fellow teacher and was built in 1865. It is full of antiques, decorated for Christmas, and absolutely gorgeous. A special ed teacher and a physics/ French teacher married us. A chemistry/ biology/ ecology teacher provided the music. Another special ed teacher and a biology/ anatomy teacher served as my matrons-of-honor. Frank, little Chris was the best man and did photography, while his mom did the video and a slide show of baby pictures and such and directed. We had a nice reception afterward and went to Lake Lure Inn and Spa in North Carolina for our honeymoon. We would have loved having our "Webb family" there, too, but space was limited, and so was the guest list. We hope to have a big party later on and of course include our fellow Wilderians on the guest list. We are very happy and extremely excited to share this news with you.
