Subject: The Official Host Hotel for Webb Fest IV

Cheryl Mayo, the marketing manager of the laQUINTA Inn in Bowling Green has notified me that they are in request of some of our room allotment. We have reserved 8 of our 30 rooms as of yesterday. I have ask Cheryl to give us until next Thursday to see if we reserve more rooms. Our agreement was to hold 30 until September 3rd. If we do not have more rooms reserved by next Thursday I will give 7 of our 30 back to the hotel. I would ask anyone planning to attend to make your reservations ASAP. The hotel has given us an awesome rate for a Brand New property. As we plan to make Bowling Green the home of Webb Fest, hopefully this hotel will remain the host lodging facility.

I spoke with Tater last night and he ask me to relay that he should have our Webb Fest tickets within a week. Just a little over 60 days til we Rock Bowling Green!!!!!!!

Can't wait...I get a bookend month of Webb. WebbFest at the beginning and Texas shows at the end. WOO-HOO!!!!! That's possibly 4 shows in one month.
