Mojo's is a cool venue and usually draws a good crowd. Tiger country welcomes you back Webb!

Regrettably, I couldn't make the St. Louis dates but July 10th in Columbia & July 11th in KC will be perfect for a Wilder Weekend. Besides, we may have a future Mizzou attendee in the house and can spend the day checking out Columbia.
Thanks for the info One Of The Dozens!!

If you have the chance to spend the day there you can check out Faurot Field and the Mizzou Arena which are both located at Stadium & Providence. If you head downtown there are numerous cool shops and stores to check out. I know Mojo's sells food but think about a restaurant called Flatbranch. Excellent chow and they brew their own beer on site.
If you click on Mojo's website they have multiple snip its of Webb performing through out the years. I realize you have probably seen them but they are still fun to watch.

No weapons are involved so I'm going with dual.) credit courses (Raytown High/UMKC) and made the cut for more this fall.
Flatbranch sounds interesting. Love those microbrews. AND ya know three women love to check out those shops even if we aren't buyin'. Did I say "not buyin"? Well...............
I missed the clips on my first visit to Mojo's site but I'll check again. Those snippets of Webb performing over the years are great. They bring back many good memories and milestones in my living over the years. LOL. Remarkably, I can remember all of them, who else was there and what a great time we had.
Wow! This trip's strategic planning is already well on the way. Thanks again! See you there. Debbie aka MBinKC

We have had students at our school go from being high school seniors straight to being college sophomores because they have earned all those credits (here, it is through the local community college). And just think how much tuition she is saving you. I think our kids pay $5 a credit or so. Where else are you going to get in a college class for $15 a semester. Even with scholarships and grants, most college kids don't get that lucky. Amazing. Gosh, did I go on too much about all the benefits of dual enrollment? Susan

We are scraping by so any input for grants & scholarships is great. My folks always said that they couldn't send me to college because they couldn't send all four of us. I have a different point of view. Sallie has a different opinion and is a sophomore this year. Vocational training is not a problem if that is what she wants to do. We shall see. Emily has her eye on college. So be it.......

Something cost effective but safe so the girls can swim or hang out and I don't have to sleep with my "security system" under my pillow. Preferably within a few blocks of the club.

The band is probably staying there, they give discounts to folks playing at Mojo's or the Blue Note. There's a Thai restaurant attached to the hotel, and I hear breakfast at Ernie's nearby is not to be missed.

That gives us another option to check out with a few things to sweeten the deal for Em & Sallie, too. A great breakfast place being one of them. Economy with Dignity is the way we roll. Catchy phrase I picked up from "The Last of the Full Grown Men" and the Beatnecks somewhere along the line. Pretty much sums it up.
Looking forward to meeting & seeing fellow board members that might not make it to KC as I have yet to make it all the way to a St. Louis show. Columbia will be a nice change of pace.

Plenty of other motels near the main highway, I-70. Brian Henneman of the Bottle Rockets says "If you can dig the aesthetics of Webb Wilder you can handle the Regency".
