	Subject: R.I.P. Billy Powell Lynyrd Skynyrd's keyboardist passed away early this am. He likely died of a hear attack. He was 56. I have seen Lynyrd twice. Both times the band ripped it up, and Billy was burning up those keys. He will be missed. Jo

Billy was super. Even though Skynyrd opened for Hank Jr., they clearly stole the show. So sad to lose another great one.

	The curse of Lynyrd Skynyrd continues. Gary Rossington is the only original member left. I honestly believe that this is the last straw. We'll see. One of the alltime great bands.

Nese Member Since: February 2005 Everyone Loves Nese Everyone Loves Nese	I knew that Joey Huffman had filled in for him over the summer (playing both in LS and HW) but I thought he had had some surgery (hip?), didn't know about the ticker. Sad news.

	I saw Skynyrd in 1974 at the Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg, MS. The original lineup. Blackfoot opened for them. It was a great show.
