Webb
My Father was the master of the Hammond M3, B2 Leslie 122 and 2-part giganto Leslie (all of which are still in my possession). He mounted an old Airline amp with spring reverb just underneath to the left for his vocal mikes, he was always rewiring something. He was also an audiophile before his time. I have a box of old reel to reel tapes of his music that he recorded at live shows on an old 4 track reel to reel in the 60s -70s. I took one in and had it mastered to cd and it turned out to be my uncle on an old Fender slide steel guitar with a guy on guitar playing the VFW in Redfield SD. I made a bunch of copies for his wife. children and grandchildren some of which had never heard him play before they enjoyed it on Xmas eve a number of years ago after he had long since passed. It made me feel pretty proud to be able to share the music that has been in my family. Back to my original reason for this contact. My dad also liked his fedoras. I need a little advice on fedoras. I am turning into my father and would like your advice on a good fedora. I am known for all black attire but am not opposed to brown. Love your tunes, need to know when you get close to MN to come and see you. I will travel also. What is your favorite venue? Hope to see you there.
