"I won't budge, I won't change, I'll tough it out," sings Webb Wilder, in what might as well be his second credo. (His first, "Work hard, rock hard, eat hard, sleep hard, grow big, wear glasses if you need 'em" is legendary among his fans.) If you saw Wilder at Mississippi Nights in 1986, you wouldn't be surprised by anything he's doing on his new live album, "Born to Be Wilder". He's still playing rock 'n' roll songs with a country twist, or country songs with a rock 'n' roll heart. And he's still walking a thin line between hilarity and passion. As Wilder sings in "Tough It Out": "We don't leave the hall / Till they're bouncing off the walls / Going wild, wild, wild."
