Well I never imagined in a million years this would happen but looks like with the help of my new buddy Tater Bodine , my wife & I will be flying from Australia to attend Webb Fest 9. I have been a member of this Webb Board for many years but as I live in another country I don't have many comments I can make or topics to start unless new music is released or I have a few questions for Webb. But I have always checked in weekly to read any news or new conversations. I look forward to meeting Jim , Hunter & more of you good people & the band. I have never traveled overseas & wouldn't do this for any other artist. Webb I cant wait to watch you & the band get Swampadelic at WF9.

We also had a little encouragement to pick up on our first webbfest. You won't regret it. Tator is a very persuasive chap! (and a diamond geezer to boot) The whole Webb community are very welcoming to 'out of towners'
The Hoodoo Witch & I are hoping to attend again. The area you are going to visit is very pretty and there is much to see and do.

Highway I hope you do both end up coming we would love to meet you. As I told Tater we have never been out of Australia or dealt with airports so it's a bit daunting but we cant wait & as I also told Tater I do have a few questions & advice to ask you about. Thanks to Hunter I just watched Webb Fest 4 . And I still have Webb Fest 5 & 6 to watch yet. Cant wait to be at WF9 & meet you fine people & watch W.W live. :)

Just watched Webb Fest 5 , loved it. Even though the band seemed to have trouble with the sound , on DVD through the surround sound it sounds great. Webb & Dave's guitars are so clear as is Jimmy's drums & Tom's Bass & awesome background vocals really stand out.
Highlight for me was finally getting to hear Elephant Man live.Love that song , it always cracks me up. "Took a lick from the ugly stick,had the looks that could fry a toad , make a train take a gravel road" CLASSIC. As for the Lady dancing on stage well I don't know what to make of that but she looked like she was having a good time .Will watch WF6 next weekend. Thanks again Hunter for sending these DVD's to me.
