Bill arrived in Nashville (as did Webb) in the early '80s & quickly distinguished himself as an Alternative or Pop Rock Artist of note while later going on to be one half of hit making Country duo, Foster & Lloyd. He's been doing both of those things (at one time or another) as well as leading Nashville's super successful Long Players, touring with Cheap Trick, hosting countless programs @ The Country Music Hall of Fame, writing songs & playing solo ever since.
