Very sorry to hear about the death of Slim Whitman. I remember my dad telling me about listening to hillbilly music on the radio in the early '50's and hearing Slim Whitman and some new guy named Elvis.

I think it's particularly great that Webb Wilder Private Eye carries an 8X10 of Slim in his travelling case.
