It's gonna be a WILDER week in middle Tennessee this week with TWO big appearances by ONE big man! On Fri. 2/15 Webb joins The Long Players @ 3rd and Lindsley as they perform the Rolling Stones' classic "Let It Bleed" album! Long Player leader, Bill Lloyd has this to say,"Getting geared up for The Long Players gig on Friday night at 3rd & LIndsley 8PM. We are revisiting The Rolling Stones Let It Bleed album. We're back to our original LP'r-lineup for this show now that Garry (Tallent-E-Street Band!) is back in town for a minute. Guest artists include Dan Baird, Webb Wilder Chris James, Lisa Oliver Gray and MIke Vargo. Guest musicians include the great Mickey Raphael on harp, Randy Leago on sax and keys and Carmella Ramsey on fiddle and mando. Come down and share the Stones celebration with us. Then on Saturday, WW & the Beatnecks (Jimmy Lester, George Bradfute & Bob Williams) will return to Murfreesboro, TN's Mainstreet for the first time in many years. Mainstreet was a regular stop for WW & others in the '80s and '90s & now it's BACK!

I appreciate the compliment, but AFAIK, the show isn't being broadcast. I don't know if anyone will be recording it or not....

This was a really cool weekend ya'll. Long Players was a blast and getting back to Mainstreet in MOBO after all these years was cool, too. Great to see some old fans from down there as well as Nashville. Hope to be back a little later in the year. NOW, it's on to The Stone Fox this Wednesday with "the Mighty King of Love," Phil Lee and songwriting success, Fred Koller FOLLOWED by a duo show with the incomparable, Tom Comet @ Puckett's in Franklin on Saturday.
