He mentions Webb in this Nashville Scene interview: http://www.nashvillescene.com/nashville/music-citys-non-country-scene-gets-a-four-decade-chronicle-in-the-rev-keith-a-gordons-the-other-side-of-nashville/Content?oid=3263640

"Out of the hundreds of interviews that I've done, Nashville has some of the friendliest and most intelligent artists that I've spoken with over the years. Jason Ringenberg and Warner Hodges from the Scorchers are two great guys, and always a lot of fun to interview. Webb Wilder, aside from being another nice guy, is a fast-walking, slick-talking conversationalist that always keeps you on your toes."

I've seen the book, and it is very interesting. It's a large compilation of previously published interviews, articles, and reviews covering a great number of artists and bands (both well-known and forgotten) in Nashville during the 80s and 90s. While as a source of information it is necessarily incomplete, it offers a great slice of many lives as seen through the eyes of local writers.
