Webb may be able to float, but he can't swim.

That's why he always practices "Safety First" and wears his PFD while boating. A very wise move, which is just one of the many reasons why he maintains the respect and admiration of reckless youth AND the Highway Patrol.

Missed this first time around so playing catchup here, I'm sure Webb could swim but he dont, 'cos that aint cool' after all he has a full time Job, working on his Tan.....
