Oh I enjoyed that last time, well except the early part of the evening. Too bad it's not a full band. I wonder if I should try the excursion again?

I haven't had the luck to see either a "duo" or "acoustic" set yet... or make it to the Red Dragon for that matter (it's about 1050 miles away!).

I've been looking forward to an acoustic set for, well, a long time, as long as the guys have been doing them! Seems to me like it might be a fun change of pace.

By the by, I did NOT mean to imply that the 11/18 Red Dragon gig will be ACOUSTIC... it's a DUO show but that doesn't mean it's acoustic.

Webb, just to be 100% clear, maybe you'd like to state for the record what kind of duo gig it'll be...?

Well, I'm pretty sure it will be Tom Comet and myself. He will be playing electric bass. I may play acoustic, electric or both! I've been experimenting with all that. I did the solo show at the Hard Rock in Gatlinburg with a big, fat electric archtop and a tiny amp. WW

Sweet - I wanted be at that HR show also!
Aw Webb, you know I didn't mean anything by "too bad".
I've enjoyed all duo/solo and/or acoustic shows I've attended. I was just thinking it was a slightly hefty ride for one duo show, but the music will be good and the venue was terrific. Too bad there are not some other shows in the area solo/duo/full band, loud or quiet around that date. <---yeah, that's what I meant.

I know and we are still pursuing other dates so, there's still time enough to get something somehwere deep down in dixie. We're workin' on it. WW
