Ms. Irlweg sounds like someone who handles payroll claims on the railroad...Always write "Fragile" in big letters on the outside so they can give it extra care...when they toss it...

Great video- I saw a story about it on the national news the other night. I hope UA rues the day they gave this guy the run-around.

Band flew with United Air. Upon landing in Chicago, another passenger observed baggage handlers THROWING the band's instruments and otherwise handling them roughly. When band got to his destination, band leader found his ~$3500 Taylor acoustic severely damaged. Band leader got major run-around from United employees at all levels over a period of ~6 months when he asked for compensation. Somebody finally told him they would not reimburse him for the damage. He told them he would make 3 separate music videos on this story and post them on youtube for the world to see. This is the first of the 3.
