Subject: Earlier time for Roanoke Coffeepot!
They are going to try a slightly earlier start time for Webb and Co. on Fri. to see how it works. So 8:30pm is the new slated time for Beatnecks on stage. And, in some creative arranging, they will have the opening band become a closing band instead, going on after Webb's two sets there. Hope this works great for all y'all and the Roanoke party is one for the books.

PS, they are giving away tickets everyday this week on The Planet radio. Request the new CD if you are so inclined.

So sad to say I am going to miss the show after all. I didn't cross reference my calendars - I will be working at one of the local Relay for Life - American Cancer Society - fundraisers Friday night. Yeah, I'll be running my mouth doing the announcements...etc. for them... but for a worthy cause and with so many people affected by the dreaded disease - it's well worth my time to donate to the cause.

Hate to miss Gonzo Bill's cookout as much as anything - but he'll attest, as one who's trying to beat the disease right now ... RLF is an important thing, hope everyone gets behind their local one as well.

You guys rock on without me ... and I'll see you all real soon.

Hey, Eric, sorry you won't be able to get to the Coffee Pot this weekend, but you are doing a good thing. The folks associated with the American Cancer Society are lucky to have you. You have a great voice, perfect for announcing. Everybody knows you do a great job as the emcee at Webbfest each year. Heck, you ARE the voice of Webbfest!!!!
