"Whip that boy and you'll answer to me!" | Good article - but it had at least one correction ... it said Doo Dad was his sophmore release on Island Records.... then also its follow up Hybrid Vigor.... Well as we all know - Hybrid was the sophmore album and it was on Island... but Doo Dad was his third album ... on Zoo Praxis.... which I don't think was tied to Island.
Anyway, all that talk about the new album, just makes you want to get it released even more...

Just what I needed on a "5 degrees for a high" winter day to get that warm and fuzzy feeling. Eric is right about all the talk about the new album pumping up the anticipation level. I just had to listen to About Time to get my fix. Like drinking a glass of fresh orange juice!!! (Yeah, I have one of those Jack Lalanne juicers)
Y'all have fun at Barley's. Wish I could be there.

That's COLD, but it's looking like luxury from here! Around Milwaukee, we topped out at -5F today. Yeah, MINUS five! Shucks, you got us beat by a dime.
It's forecast to hit -20F overnight. Not looking forward to making sure my chimney doesn't freeze up! When it gets this cold, the exhaust gases from my boiler freeze almost instantly when they hit the sheetmetal flue cover. I had to climb up there once today already, to break off a half-dozen ice stalagmites around the flue. Very dangerous! The roof is icy under the snow, and I'm grateful when I reach terra firma again and haven't slid right off the roof.

They were in Madison. Great town in the summer. She had photos of the shovel off the roof and climb out of the window kinda' winters. (My cousins lived in Minot, North Dakota for awhile so they know about that below zero stuff.) I hope you have some ice spikes! The only good thing about that kinda cold is that it kills lots of insects. I'm a girl and I don't like lots of insects. Especially spiders. AND its too cold to burn the fireplace.
Hope you can hang on til Spring Mike. I'm really trying. Darn that parent thing! I could fly to Knoxville for a couple of hundred bucks. But then there's the hotel and car. Crap. And the horrible thoughts of what two teenage girls would do when their mom is out of town for the weekend. (I found liquor in the house when I returned from my sister-in-law's shoulder surgery. Of course, I drank it.)
As for that -20 tonight, you should snuggle up to the missus! Love those electric blankets. This is when I miss my husband the most. For those out of the loop, women put out a lot of body heat. Really, I don't need to go there but you couples appreciate what you have. Love each other, appreciate each other every day that you can. You never know when the Lord will call one of you home and the one left here will have to deal with a pain unbelievable.
Well, with all that said.....Have a good weekend.

Well at least when he's snowed or iced in all alone ... he finds lots of time to work on the WW Website...
Just funnin' ya' Mike-O.... thanks for all you do.
