Fastball is on tour so I will try to get a couple of those in, even though I just saw them last Friday AND a whole week in Peru. I'm planning on Webb's Knucklehead's show in December. Kansas City is straight up north! Anyway, I can't seem to open their website. Can anyone tell me about the place and possibly ticket prices. I'm hoping a friend will join me for the show. I hate going to places and having no idea about tickets. Hopefully a few of those new DVD's will be sold at the show. So Webb be warned...The Houston Tornado will be about and ready to rock out!

I'm glad you are making the journey. The more the merrier!!! Tickets are $15.00. Knuckleheads is off of the beaten track but close enough to a couple of hotel/motels that you don't have to drive too far. Be sure to print a map or use Google or something before you get here. Did you try www.knuckleheadskc.com ? I just tried it and didn't have any trouble.
Knuckleheads is a honky tonk, blues joint with a personality all of its own. Located down by the "tracks", an occasional train has been known to rumble by during a show. December may be too cold for the stage outside but it will still be great. There are dance floors outside and in!!!
Webb & the Beatnecks were smoking hot the last time they made the St.Louis, KC, Lincoln run. I didn't think they could top that until Webb Fest III. All I could say was, "Wow!".
Have a safe trip!! I'll be looking for you at the show!

I will have to find the place myself as my friend is receiving another degree that afternoon. I can follow her back to her place after the show, cuz I have no idea where it is! I's been at least 20 years since I've been to KC. The stage is outdoors? If so, that is insane, don't they realize it's cold in December, especially in the center of the US. Where's my parka?

Okay. Here is a breach of security. I live close to I-70 and I-435, aka The Truman Sports Complex. (816)405-2346. Let me know when you will be rolling thru and I can guide you in. So far the gasoline prices have been surprisingly low. I'll try to behave myself but you know if you get a couple of Texans together for a party and lots of devoted WW and Beatnecks fans........
Don't go up to Independence Avenue. That is not a good part of town.
Seriously, if you could crash at your friends house for awhile and rest up for the show, that would be the thing to do. If you bring a friend maybe you will want to hang in Westport for awhile. If you are used to Peru you could probably handle my shack in Raytown and we could go from there. Knucklehead's is south of Front Street on the East side of Kansas City. Mitch aka Monster Maker usually stays in North Kansas City just off of I-435.
I have driven from KC to Houston a few times so I know that you may want to park it for awhile before the show. Give me a shout.
Let's hope for no snow or ice. Debbie

I'm sure I'll be there early enough to get set up at my freinds house before the show and then she can meet me there later. Can anyone tell me what to expect from Reckless Kelly? I've heard the name before and sure someone has made me listen to something but it must have gotten lost on me.
Just a couple of more weeks, my first Webb show since WebbFest '07 and I can't wait!

Webb Fans should like them.
