Wow Jackyl and Webb Wilder sharing a stage ... I'll bet Jesse James DuPree was happy to get to open for such a legend.

I used to like Jackyl - kind of lost interest when they changed some original members... sometimes interest fades I guess... but never in The Man & The Band - WW.

That would have been one of my dream bills---Jackyl and Webb on the same stage.

Has anyone else listened to Jesse's new solo album? Half rock, half old-style country, all fun, IMO.

There was a band that opened for Webb called Magic Red. There were only about 20-30 folks on hand for the opening act and the guitarist was one of the best I've ever seen live. The place was packed when Webb played. I think Webb stayed around for a little Jackyl music.

I think we had discussed this before Hunter - I remember you being a Jackyl fan too.... I have heard one song by JJD off that solo CD (ON XM Boneyard I think) ... had that Hard Rock AND Country feel to it...

In 1992 through say 1998 --- I would have stood in line for hours in rain, snow, sleet.... to get tickets to have seen WW & Jackyl together.
