The pain is so bad that I have (as my brother Buckwheat says) "cried like a big ugly girl". They have a proceedure called Lithotripsy where they can zap the stones before they cause all that pain. Enjoy the dilaudid while you can and tell them to wake you up when the stone passes and its time to go home.

I mean, how often do you get to have something EXPLODE* inside of you, and it's a GOOD thing??!? That's gotta be an "interesting life experience" to say the least. I don't know what I would have done without Susan that night. This was my fourth go around and it was definitely the most painful. Thanks again for all the well wishes.
