My Daddy says they used to use the Sears Roebuck catalog for more than just readin' but the Lady's Langerie section was always the last to be used!

I read the Bible too, and I scratch out all the stuff I don't agree with and whatever don't seem to make sense. My old Book is kind of a mess now.
Also Reader's Digest, it helps your digestion. Really. And the stories are short so my legs don't go all numb.

I like to read murder mysteries and historical fiction. I just finished The First Man in Rome, it was very good (but long).

That'll teach me -- I should have read your opening question--- instead of just the header.

No reading on the bowl for me - don't have time ~ and usually my 4 yr old is at the door knocking incessantly until I come back out anyway... No rest for the weary~

I've never understood this concept. Why is anyone on the bowl long enough to read? Is the material that interesting that you forgot to get up?
Maybe it's a meat-eater thing? I'm seriously asking!
